Shipping Policy
At Fix Coffee Brand, every bag is roasted to order. That means we don’t keep back stock sitting on shelves — we roast fresh 2–3 times each week to fulfill orders. This approach ensures you get the freshest whole bean coffee possible when your order arrives.
We aim to ship within 4–5 business days after receiving an order, not including the day the order is placed. Please allow a 1–2 day grace period during busy times, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Our roasting and shipping teams are not open on Saturday or Sunday.
All orders are shipped primarily via USPS, though depending on the order size or destination, we may occasionally use UPS to ensure the quickest and most reliable delivery.
