I'm really enjoying this coffee! It's sweet, bold, and has a nice crema when I make espresso! It's not acidic and doesn't even need the honey that I normally add to my cappuccino. Best part? The zipper bag! Omg!
It's got a wonderful aroma. Being that it's decaffeinated (due to heart palpitations when I drink full strength), it yet has a delicious, rich flavor. The aroma comes through as the beans grind and then again as it's being pressed. Very much enjoying it! Cheers ☕️ Saludos

I ground the beans for espresso. Made my usual iced latte and it came out great! The flavor is bold and smooth. The smell is amazing and I would definitely recommend it!
The shadow roast is delicious and tastes fresh. It brews especially well in my french press and filter brewer. It’s easy to drink, and the dark chocolate notes make for a well-balanced and rich cup of coffee.
Used this as a cold brew, and it was so good. The smoke and fruit undertones are enough to enjoy but not overpowering. Bitter (as coffee should have a little) but in the best ways. Tastes great as is, not add ons, but when you add in a little cream/flavor it increases the natural notes of the coffee for an amazing pick me up at any time of the day.

Love this coffee! I normally prefer a very light roast but this is something special. My wife have enjoyed it greatly, it’s not to complex but it’s not simple or bland either. It’s just right.
Shadow is my go-to for cappuccino and iced coffee. It has a robust flavor without bitter aftertaste. Highest recommendation possible of you like dark roast!!
I’ve tried everything but the decaf now. Addis has been my daily brew for months. When shadow came out, I had to try it. When I first got the bag and smelled it I wasn’t sure it was going to be my thing. It smelled good, but dark and smokey. Upon brewing my first cup, I was very pleasantly surprised. This is pure chocolatey goodness with some dark tones but not overpowering at all. The crema was delicious and I made my second cup less than an hour later. Incredible cup of espresso. Since then I’ve brewed espresso, Americano, Chemex, aeropress and French press. Maybe I’m getting better at dialing everything in, but I’ve not had a bad cup of Shadow.

Love the Daybreak beans! I tried them in a Latte, in a French Press and in a Chemex. All had very different, but excellent results. The Latte and Chemex really brought out the fruity notes and the French Press really brought out the Chocolate notes. Definitely will buy again!
I really do like this coffee. The strong aroma from the beans just hits a place in my soul. And although I was hesitant at first by how light the coffee was after being brewed. I was pleasantly surprised by how much of a punch that little cup has.

When I received the package I could literally smell the coffee through the bubble wrap packaging. When they said they don't ship until they roast I was very excited. So far I have only tried the dark roast but let me tell you it is so super fantastic I am completely addicted. I've always been a lighter roast girl but I think I may have been converted. Hot or cold it is all good. I'm looking forward to trying the other two as soon as possible.
